Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items sold in our shop are final sale. Each item is individually crafted, and as such we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or buyer preference.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Please note that this policy only covers ready-made items. For policies regarding commissions or custom-made items, please refer to the Commissions Terms of Service.

Non-Returnable Items

All items purchased from our shop, including ready-made and commissioned items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within 2 days of delivery, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

When reporting a damaged or incorrect item, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement depending on the circumstances.

If a replacement is offered, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if the wrong item was sent.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation.

Actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
