Please note that this policy only covers ready-made items. For policies regarding commissions or custom-made items, please refer to the Commissions Terms of Service.

Order Processing

All items in our shop are handmade. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

Typical processing times are as follows:

  • Ready-made items: 3–7 business days
  • Custom or commissioned items: Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the request and will be communicated when the order is accepted. Please refer to the Commissions Terms of Service for more information.

Processing times may increase during busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using USPS Ground Advantage, which is the primary and only shipping carrier used by this shop.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on USPS services available for your location.

Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination. Typical estimates for USPS Ground Advantage is approximately 2–5 business days within the United States.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery window and is not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided through shipping notification.

Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of their package through the USPS tracking system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by USPS. If a package is delayed or appears lost, customers should contact USPS directly using the tracking number provided.

If you need assistance initiating a claim or locating a shipment, we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within 2 days of delivery, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

When reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

This information helps us evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping is unavailable at the current moment. Should it become available in the future, this page will be updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and USPS shipping service selected.

These costs are determined by the shipping carrier and are not controlled by our shop.
