These Terms and Conditions, effective 03/08/2026, govern your use of this website, hanascuriosities.com, and the purchase of products or services offered through our shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase from our shop.
Our shop specializes in handmade goods including, but not limited to, hair accessories, earrings, tumblers, and other handmade crafts. We also offer custom commissions for select items.
Please note that this policy only covers ready-made items. For policies regarding commissions or custom-made items, please refer to the Commissions Terms of Service.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
All items are handmade and may contain small variations in color, shape, size, or finish. These variations are part of the nature of handmade goods and should not be considered defects.
Product photos are taken to represent items as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many items are handmade in limited quantities, stock may be limited or unavailable at times. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.
Custom Orders & Commissions
We accept commissions for certain handmade items such as hair accessories and earrings.

Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.
Typical processing times vary depending on the item:
- Ready-made items generally ship within 3-7 business days.
- Commissioned items will require additional production time.
Processing times may increase during busy periods, holidays, or high order volumes.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), using USPS Ground Advantage, which is our primary and only shipping carrier.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location. Please note that shipping time estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. Customers have 2 days upon order delivery to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. Photographic proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item will be required.
Cancellations
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details, including item selection, customization options if applicable, and shipping address before completing their purchase.
If there is an issue with your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to assist where feasible. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Care and Use
All items listed are delicate handmade pieces. Proper care is required to maintain their quality.
For all products listed, do not soak in water for prolonged periods of time. The hair accessories and earrings may be able to stand some water exposure; however, prolonged exposure will cause damage to their structure.
The care instructions for hair accessories and other jewelry are as follows:
- Do not wash
- Do not wipe any area aside from the earring hooks, hair comb combs, hair clip clips, or hair stick sticks with cleaning products such as Clorox, Lysol, or other such wipes or disinfectants
- Handle gently, do not throw
- Do not place in areas with extreme moisture, heat, or cold
The care instructions for tumblers are as follows:
- Do not leave the glass or lid to soak in water
- Do not place glass or lid in the dishwasher; hand wash only
- Hand wash components with the soft side of the sponge, not the abrasive side
- Do not drop or throw
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, product descriptions, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the shop owner (Hana’s Curiosities) unless otherwise stated.
Products, designs, and images may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of products purchased from this shop.
By purchasing from this shop, you agree to use products responsibly and at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
